These loaded tater treats are the perfect appetizer! Topped with sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and lots of cheesy goodness.

Ingredients
1 (32.oz) package First Street Tater Treats
8 Slices of Bacon, chopped
1/4 cup Chives, chopped
Sour Cream, for topping
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1-2/3 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
Directions
- Prep tater treats according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a saute pan over medium heat. Place on a paper towel lined plate.
- Make the cheese sauce: In a saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sprinkle in flour, whisking to combine to create a slurry.
- Gradually pour in milk, whisking the entire time, to form a thin sauce.
- Gradually stir in the cheddar cheese and chili powder, mixing until everything has combined. Remove sauce from heat.
- Start creating layers in your jar by adding the tater treats. Top with cheese sauce, bacon, sour cream, and chives. Repeat layers until you've reached the top of the jar.
- Serve & Enjoy!
